We accept returns for unworn, undamaged standard jewelry within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned with all original packaging, gift boxes and accessories intact.
Personalized, engraved, customized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as these items are made exclusively for you.
Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer for returns due to personal reasons. We will cover all return shipping fees for defective, damaged or misdelivered items.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
