1. Order Processing & Quality Inspection
After payment, orders will be inspected, packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). All jewelry is checked for appearance, craftsmanship and inlay firmness, and packaged with anti-oxidation and anti-fall materials. Shipping fees are borne by the customer, with the amount shown on the checkout page.
2. Shipping & Tracking
Cooperating with major global logistics, estimated delivery time: 2-6 business days for Asia, 3-9 business days for Europe & America, 6-14 business days for other regions (no absolute guarantee). A tracking number will be provided within 6 hours after shipment for real-time tracking.
3. Fees & Receipt
Customs clearance fees, duties and other additional costs for cross-border shipping are borne by the customer. Please provide accurate shipping information. Inspect the package on delivery; contact customer service with photos immediately if damaged or missing, and we will verify and handle it within 24 hours.
4. After-sales & Cancellation
After-sales for quality issues (free return/exchange/repair) can be applied within 48 hours after signing. Customers bear shipping fees for non-quality returns. Unshipped orders can be canceled (only product payment refunded); shipped orders cannot be canceled.
